Within the framework of the Dharma practice of the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, on the morning of October 15th (On September 20th, of the Year of Tiger), hundreds of Buddhists and fellow initiates gathered in front of the Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen main hall, solemnly celebrates the Freeing Ceremony to pray for yin and yang, the country of peace, and the people's peace.
On the morning of October 14th (Lunar September 19th, the Year of the Tirger), Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda solemnly celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of the 48-7 Buddha Recitation Hall, under the witness of Venerable Monk Thich Nhu Kien - Abbot of Phuoc Lac Pagoda, Da Huoai District, Lam Dong Province, layman Le Phuoc Vu (Dharma name Tuong Van) - founder and builder of Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen, Buddhists, and fellowers.
The logo of Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda has a circular layout with two circular borders around it and is displayed on a white background. In the inner circle is an eight-petaled lotus, representing the Eightfold Path, inside the lotus image is the word "Om" (ॐ) in Sanskrit, representing the body, speech, and wisdom of the Buddhas; The outer circle has the Falun wheel and the Vietnamese Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen circle.
In the past two years, Vietnam has experienced an unprecedented loss and sorrow due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with tens of thousands of lives lost forever... At the Great Prayer Ceremony for people who died during the Covid-19 pandemic – Dhamma conference on August 27, 2022, Venerable Monk Thich Minh Thanh and the monastic delegation was recited the Ksitigarbha Sutra praying for 4,400 incense souls. The total number of prayer requests declared at this conference is more than 11,000 incense spirits.
